Hot Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Butter/Margarine / oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bouillon cube/Or 2 cup canned bouillon / hot water 2
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Saute the onion and garlic in the butter, oil or margarine 3 minutes.
2. Add the bouillon and vinegar.
3. Mix the salt, pepper, cayenne, chili powder and dry mustard to a paste with Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and honey. Add to the bouillon mixture, heat 5 minutes, just under the boiling point.
4. Use to baste broiled meats or game, spare-ribs, hamburgers.
