Currant Mint Sauce

Ingredients
  Currant jelly 8 Ounce (1 Glass)
  Orange rind 2 Tablespoon, finely shredded
  Mint leaves 2 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Break up the jelly with a fork.
Add the orange rind and mint leaves, and mix well.
Serve; with roast lamb or'lamb chops.
