Chicken Livers In Orange Sauce
|Chicken livers||2 Pound|
|Orange sections||1 Cup (16 tbs) (No Sugar Added)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Ounce|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Cut each liver in half, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place in broiler pan.
Broil 3 inches from source of heat for about 1 minute on each side.
Do not overcook; inside should be pink.
In a 2-quart flameproof casserole, combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; lower heat.
Simmer 7 minutes or until mixture is reduced by about Vs.
Add broiled livers, cook just long enough to heat livers.
