Ricotta Garlic Sauce
|Ricotta cheese||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) (Small clove)|
|Red pepper sauce||3 Drop|
In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Spoon into two freezer containers.
Label and freeze no longer than 2 months.
To serve, remove sauce from one container and place in bowl.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 4 to 8 minutes, or until heated, breaking apart and stirring 1 or 2 times.
Serve over hot cooked green beans.
