Tomatoes With Basil Cream

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  1/3-less-fat cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Container Philadelphia, Pasteurized Processed)
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon (Divided)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red tomatoes 2 , thinly sliced
  Yellow tomatoes 2 , thinly sliced
Directions

Place garlic in blender or food processor container; cover.
Process until finely chopped.
Add cream cheese product, vinegar, basil, 1 tablespoon parsley, salt and pepper; blend until smooth.
Arrange tomatoes on serving platter.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over tomatoes.
Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon parsley.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
