Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Beat egg yolks slightly and stir in sour cream, salt and pepper.
Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
Melt 1 teaspoon butter in each of 2 bowls, spreading over the bottom of each dish.
Pour half of egg mixture in each bowl.
Place both bowls in oven and microwave 1 minute on high, then 7 minutes on medium.
Slide omelets onto plates and top with hot Melba Sauce.
