Poached Chicken In Sauce

Ingredients
  Basic white sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cooked broccoli florets 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Boneless skinless poached chicken 8 Ounce
  Swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, grated
Directions

Combine Basic White Sauce, nutmeg, and Worcestershire; set aside.
In an ovenproof serving dish arrange broccoli and chicken.
Pour sauce over chicken and top with cheese.
Bake at 400°F.
for approximately 15 minutes or until chicken and sauce are hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Divide evenly.
