Poached Chicken In Sauce
|Basic white sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cooked broccoli florets||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Boneless skinless poached chicken||8 Ounce|
|Swiss cheese/Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
Combine Basic White Sauce, nutmeg, and Worcestershire; set aside.
In an ovenproof serving dish arrange broccoli and chicken.
Pour sauce over chicken and top with cheese.
Bake at 400°F.
for approximately 15 minutes or until chicken and sauce are hot and cheese is melted and bubbly.
