Ginger Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dissolved in 2 teaspoons water
  Cherry extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh root ginger slice 2
  Orange sections 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Unsweetened)
Directions

In small saucepan combine all ingredients except orange sections.
Cook, stirring often, until thickened.
Remove ginger root.
Add orange sections.
Divide evenly.
