Cilantro Chili Sauce
|Diced canned mild green chili peppers||8 Ounce (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Fresh lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Packed cilantro||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Hot)|
Combine chilies, wine, green onions and lime juice in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil and continue to cook until mixture is reduced by half.
Cool about 5 minutes.
Pour into a food processor or blender and puree.
Add the cilantro and finely chop.
With machine running, add the hot melted butter.
Serve immediately over rotated chicken or vegetables.
