Warm Fudge Sauce For Ice-Cream

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate chips/4 (1-ounce) squares semi-sweet chocolate 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 14 Ounce (1 Can, Not Evaporated Milk)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, melt chips and margarine with sweetened condensed milk, water and vanilla.
Cook and stir constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serve warm over ice cream.
Refrigerate leftovers.
