Parsley Sauce

  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Melt the butter in a saucepan, then stir in the flour and seasonings.
Add the milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
