|Frozen red raspberries||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cream of tartar||1 Pinch|
1. Press berries through a sieve into a small saucepan; discard seeds. Stir in sugar and cream of tartar.
2. Heat quickly, stirring constantly, to bubbling, then cook and stir 3 minutes, or until slightly thick. Pour into a small bowl; cover; chill.
