Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Beaten egg yolks 2
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

In top of double boiler, combine all ingredients except whipped cream; mix well.
Place over boiling water; cook and stir till thickened, about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir till sauce is smooth; cool.
Fold in whipped cream; refrigerate.
