|Butter/Margarine||6 Tablespoon (3/4 Stick)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Hard-cooked egg||1 , shelled and sieved|
1. Melt butter or margarine in a small skillet; stir in bread crumbs. Heat slowly, stirring often, just until crumbs are lightly toasted. Remove from heat; stir in parsley.
2. Spoon over the vegetable; garnish with egg.
