Macaroni Pie With Garlic Tomato Sauce
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Macaroni rings||7 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)|
|Small curd creamed cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Tomato garlic sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and margarine in 2-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until light brown.
2. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Mix hot macaroni, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs and pepper. Turn into pie plate. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium (50%) 8 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Microwave uncovered 8 to 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes. Serve with Garlic Tomato Sauce.
