Macaroni Pie With Garlic Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Macaroni rings 7 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)
  Small curd creamed cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato garlic sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and margarine in 2-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until light brown.
2. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Mix hot macaroni, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, eggs and pepper. Turn into pie plate. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium (50%) 8 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Microwave uncovered 8 to 10 minutes or until center is almost set. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes. Serve with Garlic Tomato Sauce.
