Blueberry Honey Sauce
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blueberries/Frozen blueberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), crushed (fresh, unsweetened,thawed)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon (fresh)|
Combine cornstarch with a small amount of the water in saucepan and stir until smooth.
Add remaining water, blueberries, and honey.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
