Wild Blueberry Sauce

Ingredients
  Wild blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a saucepan, combine blueberries, salt, and 3/4 cup of the water.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add remaining 1/4 cup water and stir until smooth.
Stir cornstarch mixture into blueberry mixture.
Heat until liquid begins to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens and becomes clear.
Stir in lemon juice.
Serve hot or cold with pancakes.
