Chili Con Queso Sauce
|Condensed nacho cheese soup/Condensed nacho cheese dip||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley/Chopped fresh cilantro||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, stir soup until smooth.
Stir in water, parsley and cumin; mix well.
Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
Stir in tomato.
Serve with hamburgers, potatoes or vegetables.
