Creamy Non Dairy Pimento Sauce

Ingredients
  Soft tofu 12 Ounce, drained (1 Container)
  Canned whole pimentos 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon (Or More)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon (Or More)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), peeled
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Capers 2 Tablespoon, drained
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Sun-dried tomatoes 8 Small, reconstituted in boiling water for 3 minutes and drained
  Toasted almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth.
Allow to stand 1 hour to blend flavors.
Taste and correct seasoning, then heat in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
