Cauliflower In Orange Sauce
|Water||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Butter||1 Ounce (2 Tablespoon, 25 Gram)|
|Cornflour||1 Ounce (Cornstarch, 3 Tablespoon, 25 Gram)|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1⁄2 Pint (1 1/4 Cups, 300 Milliliter)|
|Orange||1⁄2 , rind grated finely|
Trim the cauliflower and break into florets. Put them in a dish, add the water, cover with vented cling fllm (plastic wrap) and cook for 8 - 10 minutes, depending on size, until tender but not soft. Drain and keep warm.
Put the butter in a jug and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the cornflour (cornstarch) and cook for 1 minute. Stir in the orange juice and cook for 3 minutes, whisking after each minute. Stir in the orange rind.
