Duck Sauce

Ingredients
  Plum jam 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon, ground
  Cayenne 1 Dash
Directions

1. Combine the jam, vinegar, onion, allspice, ginger and the cayenne in small saucepan; heat, stirring constantly, just to boiling.
2. Cool, then chill. This sauce keeps well in the refrigerator.
