Egg Caper Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon (drained)
  Egg 2 , coarsley chopped (hard cooked)
  Eggs 2 , coarsely chopped (hard-cooked)
Directions

1. Melt the butter or margarine in a medium-size saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly, just until bubbly.
2. Stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles 3 minutes.
3. Stir in the capers and eggs; place over hot water to keep warm until you are ready Jo serve.
