Egg Caper Sauce
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon (drained)|
|Egg||2 , coarsley chopped (hard cooked)|
|Eggs||2 , coarsely chopped (hard-cooked)|
1. Melt the butter or margarine in a medium-size saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper; cook, stirring constantly, just until bubbly.
2. Stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles 3 minutes.
3. Stir in the capers and eggs; place over hot water to keep warm until you are ready Jo serve.
