Cheddar Cheese Sauce
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken bouillon granules||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
|Ground red cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
1. Place margarine in 4-cup measure. Microwave uncovered on high 15 to 20 seconds or until melted; stir in flour, bouillon granules, nutmeg and red pepper until blended. Stir in milk.
2. Microwave uncovered 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted.
