Double Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Chili beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Catsup 7 Ounce (1/2 Bottle)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Small Bottle)
  Instant flour 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown the beef, onion and garlic in small amount of shortening in a kettle.
Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
May be served with hamburgers, hot dogs or spaghetti.
