Quick Bordelaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned mushroom gravy 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaf 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Bay leaf 1
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine the mushroom gravy, the mushrooms and liquid, butter or margarine, onion, vinegar, thyme and bay leaf in a small saucepan. Bring to boiling, then simmer for 15 minutes to season and blend the flavors.
2. Remove bay leaf; stir in parsley.
