Sour Cream Sauce For Beef Patties
|Green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Saute the green onions and mushrooms in butter until onions are slightly transparent, but not brown.
Reduce heat to low and add the sour cream, parsley and salt.
Simmer until heated through, stirring constantly.
Serve over beef patties.
