Grilled Patties With Cranberry Olive Sauce
|Ground beef||2 Pound|
|Whole cranberry sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
Combine beef, salt and pepper; shape into 8 patties.
Place patties on grill over glowing coals, about 3 inches from heat.
Grill for about 10 minutes; turn.
Grill for 5 minutes longer or until of desired doneness.
Combine remaining ingredients; simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce is heated through.
Serve over patties.
