|Rum/2 teaspoon rum extract in 3 tablespoon milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|18% cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Whipping)|
|Icing sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Icing sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Measure the first five ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the butter and 1 cup of the remaining sugar.
Blend until smooth.
Scrape into a bowl and stir in the remaining icing sugar.
