Rum Hard Sauce

Ingredients
  Rum/2 teaspoon rum extract in 3 tablespoon milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  18% cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Whipping)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Icing sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Soft butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Icing sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Measure the first five ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add the butter and 1 cup of the remaining sugar.
Blend until smooth.
Scrape into a bowl and stir in the remaining icing sugar.
Chill.
