Tomato Cream Sauce
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped|
|Thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed (dried)|
|Tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (condensed)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine butter, onion and thyme. Cover with lid; microwave on high 3 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring once during cooking.
2. Stir in soup, sour cream, water and paprika until smooth. Cover; microwave on high 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring once during cooking. Serve with hamburgers, pasta, chicken or vegetables.
