Microwaved Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
  Chocolate 3 Ounce, cut into pieces (semisweet, 3 squares)
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Evaporated milk 5 Ounce
Directions

In small saucepan, melt chocolate over very low heat, stirring constantly.
Stir in sugar and salt Gradually add evaporated milk, stirring constantly Heat until thickened and hot, stirring constantly.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In small microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate on MEDIUM for 3 to 4 minutes or until melted, stirring once halfway through cooking.
Stir in sugar and salt; mix well.
Gradually add half of evaporated milk, whisking until blended.
Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute; stir Add remaining evaporated milk; microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
Sauce will be thin but will thicken as it stands.
