Beef Patties With Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry red wine 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sauteed
  French bread slices 6 , sauteed
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix the beef, cream, onions, salt and pepper and shape into 6 thick patties.
Melt the butter in a skillet.
Add the patties and cook to desired doneness, turning once.
Remove from skillet and keep warm.
Mix the cornstarch with broth and add to the skillet.
Add the wine and bring to boiling point.
Add the patties and mushrooms and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
Place a patty on each piece of bread and pour sauce over patties.
Sprinkle with parsley.
