Prawns Shrimp And Courgettes Zucchini In Tomato Sauce
|Oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Shallots||2 , chopped|
|Zucchini||4 , sliced (Baby Courgettes)|
|Canned tomatoes||14 Ounce, sieved / strained (1 1/2 Cups / 400 Gram)|
|Peeled prawns||14 Ounce (2 1/2 Cups / 400 Gram, Shrimp)|
|Freshly chopped basil||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Put the oil in a bowl and cook for 30 seconds. Add the shallots and courgettes (zucchini) and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the sieved (strained) tomatoes and the prawns (shrimp) and cook, covered with vented cling film (plastic wrap), for 5 minutes, until heated through.
Sprinkle with plenty of basil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
