Prawns Shrimp And Courgettes Zucchini In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Shallots 2 , chopped
  Zucchini 4 , sliced (Baby Courgettes)
  Canned tomatoes 14 Ounce, sieved / strained (1 1/2 Cups / 400 Gram)
  Peeled prawns 14 Ounce (2 1/2 Cups / 400 Gram, Shrimp)
  Freshly chopped basil 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put the oil in a bowl and cook for 30 seconds. Add the shallots and courgettes (zucchini) and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the sieved (strained) tomatoes and the prawns (shrimp) and cook, covered with vented cling film (plastic wrap), for 5 minutes, until heated through.
Sprinkle with plenty of basil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
