Sweet And Sour Blueberry Sauce
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Teaspoon|
Combine the sugar, cornstarch, salt and blueberries in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes or until clear and thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and grated rind.
