Lemon Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce (40 Gram)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onion 1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced
  Flour 10 Milliliter (2 Teaspoons)
  Dry white wine 7 Fluid Ounce (200 Milliliter)
  Lemons 2 (Use Grated Rind And Juice)
  Lemon 1 , thinly sliced
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Chili powder 1 Pinch
  Sugar To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Melt the butter and fry the garlic and onion gently until soft.
Stir in the flour followed by the wine, lemon rind and juice and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Add the sliced lemon, Tabasco, seasonings, chilli powder and sugar to taste and simmer for 5 minutes.
Taste and adjust the seasonings and serve hot with 1 X 15 ml spoon (1 tablespoon) freshly chopped parsley added, if liked.
Serve with any meats.
