Ingredients
  Gingersnaps 12 , crushed
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Extracted From 2 Lemons)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Put gingersnaps in saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Cook mixture over moderate heat 10-15 minutes until smooth.
