Pork Chops With Cranberry Sauce
|Pork loin chops||24 Ounce (4 Chops, 6 Ounce Or 150 Gram Each)|
|Cranberry sauce||4 Ounce (1 Cup, 100 Gram)|
|Cooking oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Dry sherry||1⁄4 Pint (2/3 Cup, 150 Milliliter)|
Preheat a browning dish to the maximum recommended by the manufacturer. Press the chops onto the dish to sear, turn over and cook on high for 5 minutes.
Combine the remaining ingredients and cook on high for 2 minutes. Blend to a smooth sauce and pour over the chops. Cover and cook on medium for 10—12 minutes, turning once.
