Potatoes With Cheese Sauce
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp process american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||2 Tablespoon|
For crunchy skins, bake as is; for soft skins, rub with fat.
Bake alongside ribs for last 60 to 80 minutes.
When spuds are done, roll gently under hand to make mealy inside.
Ladle Cheese Sauce generously into the potatoes.
Cheese Sauce: Combine sour cream, butter, cheese and onions, mixing well.
