Savory Orange Sauce
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, finley chopped|
|Ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground|
|Cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (condensed)|
|Orange peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. In 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine butter, onion and ginger. Cover with lid; microwave on high 2 minutes or until onion is tender.
2. Stir in soup until smooth. Stir in orange peel and juice; mix well. Cover; microwave on high 4 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring once during cooking. Serve with vegetables, duck, chicken or fish.
