Olive Tomato Sauce
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped|
|Green olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped, stuffed|
|Tomato||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), finely chopped (peeled)|
Melt butter or margarine in saucepan placed on one side of grill.
Saute onion and green pepper until onion is lightly browned.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 10-15 minutes or until green pepper is tender.
