Bittersweet Fudge Sauce
|Chocolate||4 Ounce (bittersweet)|
|Half and half||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
In heavy saucepan, melt broken chocolate with half and half and syrup, stirring constantly until smooth and just comes to a boil.
(Or, microwave 2 1/2-3 minutes on medium; stir until smooth.) Add butter and vanilla.
Serve warm over ice cream or chocolate souffle.
