Champagne Chocolate Sauce
|Dark chocolate||4 Ounce (sweet)|
|Champagne||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In double boiler, melt broken chocolate over 1-inch simmering water or microwave 2 to 3 minutes on medium.
Stir until smooth.
Add champagne, beating until smooth and bubbly.
Now sauce should be cool enough to serve over ice cream.
