Fresh Mushroom Sauce
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||10 3⁄4 Ounce (condensed)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry vermouth||1 Tablespoon|
|Mushrooms||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sliced (fresh)|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped (fresh)|
1. Place butter in 4-cup glass measure. Cover; microwave on high 40 seconds or until melted.
2. Stir in flour until smooth. Stir in broth, water, lemon juice and vermouth. Microwave, uncovered, on high 5 minutes or until boiling, stirring once during cooking.
3. Stir in mushrooms and parsley. Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 minutes or until just boiling, stirring once during cooking. Serve with chicken or fish.
