Baked Apples In Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Baking apples 6 Large
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice/Sherry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Pare and core apples.
Arrange in a small buttered baking dish.
Combine next four ingredients to form a crumbly mixture.
Fill cavities with crumbs and sprinkle remaining crumbs over tops.
Add water, juice and rind.
Bake at 350F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
