Poached Eggs On Spinach With Cheese Sauce
|Spinach puree||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Thick)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Cheese sauce||300 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Finely chopped coriander||1 Tablespoon|
1. Melt butter or margarine in a pan Fry onion until transparent, add spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cream, mix well.
2. Remove from heat and place in an ovenproof dish, spread evenly. Keep hot.
3. Poach eggs and arrange on the spinach. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and coriander. Brown under hot grill. Serve hot with breakfast roll.
4. If you want it hot and spicy, then use spicy cheese souce.
