Fish Fillets With Shrimp Sauce

Ingredients
  Fresh fish fillets/Frozen and defrosted fish fillets 1 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shrimp sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked macaroni shells 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Use Hot)
Directions

1. Arrange fish with thickest parts to outside edge in baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; rotate baking dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 2 to 4 minutes longer. Remove fish to platter; keep warm.
2. Prepare Shrimp Sauce. Pour fish and sauce over hot macaroni. Garnish with cucumber slices or parsley, if desired.
