Mint Sauce With Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
  Fresh mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Tightly Packed)
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Boiled water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Mint sauce should be bright green, smooth and pulpy, not liquid.
Strip mint leaves from stem, chop finely, and pound with sugar until smooth.
Add boiling water to improve color and melt sugar.
Add wine vinegar to taste and season with salt.
