Chicken-Flavored Mushroom Sauce
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Mushroom pieces||8 Ounce (canning, drained)|
Microwave butter in a 4-cup glass measure at HIGH 30 seconds to melt.
Blend in flour.
Gradually stir in broth until well blended.
Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, stirring at 1 minute intervals.
Add lemon juice, parsley, and mushroom pieces.
Microwave at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes.
