Sweet Mustard Sauce
|All purpose flour||6 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Place butter in a 4-cup glass measure.
Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds to melt.
Blend in flour.
Stir in milk.
Microwave at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir once or twice during cooking.
Combine mustard, sugar, and lemon juice.
Stir into the hot thickened sauce.
