Leftover Pork In Olive Sauce
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked pork||3 Cup (48 tbs), cold, cut into strips|
|Chopped pimiento stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Stir flour into hot shortening and cook until light brown.
Add all ingredients except pork and olives.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Put meat in sauce.
Cook, covered, over low heat until meat is heated through, about 10 minutes.
Add olives and cook for 5 minutes longer, or until heated.
