Thick Barbecue Sauce

  Ketchup 4 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 4 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), blanched and pureed
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 3 Drop (Few drops)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste

Mix all ingredients together in bowl.
Use sauce to brush onto steaks, chops and chicken breasts during grilling.
